Second time here with 2 different vehicles. First time was great, but wasn’t impressed by my 2^nd visit. Didn’t get any updates on my car repair for 2.5 weeks, cleaning took forever (over a week), and when I picked up my car, cleaning was shoddily done (some trash still inside, dried soap suds outside of car). They are still my body shop of choice for repair work, but it would be nice to get an update on Tue and/​or Thu like their website said they would do.

Note: The people complaining about the After Market lamps they purchased and brought to the shop should understand that aftermarket parts often fail where factory replacement parts do not… and as such, often times require additional work to make them work.
That would be like taking your own steak to a restaurant to cook and complain about it being too tough and blaming the restaurant… you get what you pay for… Just say’n…

I highly recommend Cherokee Collision Center! I had a very positive experience having my truck repaired here. They repaired the rear bumper after I accidentally backed it into something. The staff is very friendly and I was updated along every step of the repair process. They did an excellent job repairing it back to pre accident condition. Not to mention, they washed the vehicle inside and outside complimentary– it looked wonderful! I am super pleased.

Did a great job on my wife’s Altima. Fixed the rear bumper and the paint job performed was meticulous. Couldn’t be happier. Will get all future work done there.

My daughter called to get pricing to have aftermarket lights installed on her Ford Mustang. They quoted $ 75.00. The bill was $ 159,00 ! (maybe an honest mistake) but when the headlight failed the following day and she returned to have it corrected under their warranty, they wanted $ 40 MORE to fix it. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of businesses that actually stand behind their workmanship and honor their warranty.
