Chick-fil-A

Not sure what’s going on with this store and it’s new format? I’ve been a very loyal customer not only to Chick-​fil-​A but also to this particular location for 10+ years. The only two times I’ve visited on the new format it took nearly 9 minutes to get my order, A simple number one to go, For pick up at the counter. That was with only 5 to 6 cars in the drive-​through and four or five people at the walk up. There were so many people behind the counter they were falling over each other. But none of them seem to be focused on taking care of the customer. This is becoming a real disappointment because again I have been very loyal to the store and to Mark the manager, who I consider to be one of Chick-fil-A’s best operators. Please get your act together or this loyal customer will find somewhere else to go. PS: this was at 11:25 AM not exactly peak time.

Do NOT go to this Chick-​fil-​a for at least a month.
They just reopened and they are still in training /​working out the kinks.
It took me almost 25 minutes to get through the drive thru. There were only 4 cars in front of me!!! When we got to the window they gave us the wrong food. Then when we received our right order they forgot to put napkins in the bag. Luckily I had baby wipes in the car. This may not seem like a big deal but when 4 people are eating in the car and a 2 year old on your way to the airport you need napkins.
The new facility is very nice and I know with time they will be better.

Serendipity! Today was the grand opening and we were able to get an affordable breakfast for the family before getting back on the road to Tennessee. Easy access from 75 and lots of space. They even have a huge business area where you can plug and work on your laptop or recharge your phones. No play place, but they do have a Little Free Library for the kids.

They know how to do chicken. Great selection of sandwiches and minor customizations

Wait? There’s a guy standing outside with a menu board and an Ipad to take my drive thru order?
Wait, and he’s smiling about it?
Wait, they have like 5 drive thru windows?
Wait, the sweet tea/​lemonade mixture actually taste like an Arnold Palmer?
Wait, my fries are hot???
Wait and my order is correct when I got to the window and the guy that passed off my food and drink still took a moment to wish me a nice day?
Wait, I can exit out at the light and not have to worry about getting my car wrecked trying to exit out on Windy Hill?
CFA, you are still the best, please keep doing what you are doing!!!

I go in daily to get large orders for the office and the staff is always so kinda and patient with me. They do not rush me and they take their time to make sure each order is correct. They also go over and beyond by helping me carry out my order to the car. You can not get any better than Chick-​fil-​a.

Good food & great service does it get any better than that?
Its doesn’t matter what time of day I visit my order is always out within 5 minutes or less.
I really like the setup during the peak hours if you go through the drive thru. They have extra hands on deck just incase.
The waffle fries are soooooo good. I also enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich as well. The iced coffee is pretty good too.

I love this always place always clean professional they even remove your dirty dishes very uncommon for a fast food restaurant they do the common things uncommonly well I am a raving fan

We visited this location on our drive home to Michigan, our server Erik was great, he provided great customer service. We don’t have Chik fil a near us and were excited for our meal. While eating, an employee started up a machine called a Scrub and go and was making her way around the busy restaurant scrubbing the floors leaving them wet as customers attempted to walk around without slipping on the wet tile floor and as she approached our table the strong chemical smell coming from the machine was more than I could take and I had to leave. This floor should not have been washed while customers were dining there. Then while waiting for a carry out order my husband watched an employee dip a customers cup into a white bucket of lemonade, he did not put on gloves and the cup had been on the counter next to the dirty rag they just used to clean the counter. My husband made the manager aware of this and that the bucket of lemonade was now contaminated yet it was served to a customer. The lack of sanitary practices in a restaurant are what causes illnesses and after watching the unsanitary practices at this location we will never return there.

It’s a chick-​Fil-​a, nothing needs to be said about the food or prices. This location gets a high rating for their lunch time service. They have a team of people outside to show you the menu, take your order, and pay long before you reach the drive thru window. They have an army of people behind the counter to ensure that there is never a line. Friendly hostess come by to pick up your tray, offer you a mint, and get you a refill. On occasion, there is live music too. They are extremely efficient and friendly.

It’s a Chick Fil A, they’re typically a pretty well oiled machine. Like every other one I’ve been to it’s clean, people are nice and friendly and I know what I’ll be getting. I do a lot of field work for my job. I’m out driving around a lot and try to take short lunches, Chick Fil A is a safe bet. On my first, and so far only, visit to this Chick Fil A I placed my order. I got my usual of a grilled chicken sandwich and fruit. It’s not a bad meal for fast food. When brought to me it had fries, not fruit. As much as I wanted fries I know fruit is the better option. I let them know that I had gotten fruit, and they quickly fixed my order. The second time it was brought out, I opened the bag where my grilled chicken sandwich should be, but it was a fried chicken sandwich. Fries, fried sandwiches, all the things I’m struggling to avoid and they are dangled in front of my face. I know, mistakes happen. It’s not the end of the world. But for someone trying to watch their diet it isn’t making life easier. The errors were taken care of with a smile and I went on and enjoyed my lunch.

Ridiculously tiny nuggets inside almost cooked dough. Second store this week serving this crap! So I guess that’s a corporate thing… And I will have to change where I go for breakfast!

This location is usually pretty quick. But one drive thru was down and the line busters didn’t even bother to try to help the people stuck in line at the down drive thru. The person in front of me waited 5 – 7 minutes for someone to assist. Meanwhile I had to fight my way out of one drive thru line into another for them to start assisting the line I left a minute later. Now I’m stuck in another line! Basically wasted a good portion of my lunch break stuck with the manager seeing the line and basically being too consumed breaking down the line busting station and ignoring the drive thru line. The lady in front had to call out to him to get his attention for him only to tell her to continue to wait. This place is usually efficient but today was a very poor experience for myself and others.

I just received the fastest service I’ve ever received in my life at this Location! The food and service were so great, I had no choice but to get on Unilocal and give an outstanding review ! My cashier Christine was very kind and speedy. And took my order with a smile. The chicken strips I ordered were awesome! Just an overall great visit. I work at an office nearby, and this is my first time visiting this specific location. I’ll definitely be back !

Chick-​Fil-​A has become synonymous with everything I love about QSR breakfasts. The food’s consistently good… the staff’s efficient, friendly without being overbearing, and they don’t fuck my order up… what more can a guy ask for?

Double lane drive true makes this one of the most fast, efficient and convenient chick-​Fil-​a locations I’ve ever been to.
Service is always great as all chik-​fil-​as are. I never have a bad experience.
COBB SALAD
My go-​to lunch for busy days when I can’t really get away to eat. The salad comes with lots of great veggies chopped, fried or grilled chicken, and crispy tomato bits. I get the avocado lime ranch dressing and it’s so good.

This is one of the coolest fast food restaurant’s I have ever been to.
First off I will say that this is just your typical Chickfila food. But the service here is excellent. They have more people walking around to check on you to refill your drinks, ask how you are doing and what not then any other store I have been to. I have been in at all times of day breakfast, lunch and random times in between. The lines never to long of a wait the food usually comes out super fast, though I will say I don’t get anything to fancy.
So the coolest things about this location is that it has a private conference room in it that you may are may not have to reserve. most of the time I have been in at lunch people are having a meeting in it. They also have a double drive thru. Not just two lines Two windows too. Which is super cool how the food comes over on this little thing. I haven’t seen the two drive thru to often but I do know of one other location is with it.
All in all great fast food location, super fast service. That’s important. Super clean, and super friendly people. If you are a chicken sandwich lover and in the area this is a location you need to check out.

Delicious for a fast food chain might I add. Chick Fila just opened a location in my area, and sadly it doesn’t taste the same at Atlanta. sad.

Two drive through windows at this location and they use an interesting conveyor belt to get the food order to the outside window. Very clever.
Inside the restaurant, busy of course. But the staff are always friendly and smiling and happy to refill your soda without question.
Grilled chicken sandwiches are available for those of us who want to shave off a few calories, but how can I resist the wonderful waffle fries? And there were TWO ladies with trays of those brownies to sample, so I managed to get one from each. Oops.
Follow the clearly painted lines in the parking lot. It’s not difficult!
