After staying away due to a few bad experiences my family and I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately we were just as disappointed. First of all it was cold in there. 90% of the customers were eating with their coats on. The service is just under average. The food quality is below average. I had the hamburger and the bun and the meet were hard. My daughter had the chicken strips and she said they tasted rubbery. My wife had the fish tacos and her rice was cold. I will never dine at this location again… and sadly Chilis is no longer a favorite.

This is third attempt at this restaurant and three strikes they are out. Every time we have tried to eat at this restaurant they have taken 45 minutes to an hour. Tonight takes the cake though, the place was maybe 1⁄3rd full and we ordered some ribs(supposedly Chili’s specialty), some kids cheeseburgers and corn dogs for the kids. Almost an hour on the dime later they deliver our over cooked ribs and the kids meals. Never again.

SLOW as can be. this is the 3rd time. I will never go back. IN fact, I am going to skip Chilis from now on. Food is fine, but service is AWFUL, and not just at this location. Food took 40 minutes on 5÷16÷2015 at 6pm. And this has happened before. The excuse is always the same. that someone went home and now they are understaffed. Well now they have one less customer. Ted’s here we come!

Nothing special about the food, very average. I note that portions have gotten smaller and are served on smaller plates. Service is average, and it seems some of the servers are burned out for some reason. Alcohol is served, so at times, some customers can get rather loud and slightly obnoxious. I find their prices rather high, when compared to similar restaurants in the area.

Service is terribly slow. I have never had a to go order ready when promised. We took our grandson to lunch today and he was done with his lunch 15 minutes before we even got ours. This place has problems.

We still go atleast once a month, however the service and food quality has gone south, sad to say… For example the last time we were in, the lady in the booth behind us was so obnoxious and loud we were considering moving tables until we realized it was their waitress! You have a 50⁄50 chance of your entrée not being up to par(i.e. hot/cooked properly)

This review actually hurts to write. This has been my families or «our» Chili’s since 2009 after experiencing poor everything at the Chili’s location in Acworth, on US41, Cobb Co. This Chili’s located at the Avenues West was always clean, good people working there, fast, and friendly. Yes, it’s a fun food restaurant, but that food was always served fast, hot, and the orders correct. This was anything but that today. I took my girls there to celebrate Veteran’s Day with me, an early dinner. The tables were dirty, and we even waited for ours to be cleaned. The bartender was assigned to our table, but she did everything but wait on us. «What service?» is my statement. I took a photo of the dishes she«didn’t» take away which I will be posting on Google. What happened to this location? The food was tepid, she forgot part of the order and had to be retold the same thing multiple times, and flat out ignored us. Our table was the only dirty one. As others left, the tables weren’t cleared very fast, rather, yeah, we’ll get to them was the theme tonight. One of the bartenders was serving tonight and I clearly saw the frustration on her face at our bartender/server. This goes to management as well. I planned to tell the shift MGR but as I found her near the bathroom, one of her male employees was half-asleep, hoodie over this head, half-sprawled across a table as another employee got herself together for her shift… in the public seating area. The MGR didn’t have a care in the world, rather was chatting up a storm. Are you kidding me? Fire the lot of them! Trust me… this Chili’s is now OFF our family restaurant list and if these same idiots are working there when you visit, it’ll be off your list too. They can run as many 2 for $ 20 specials they like. If you don’t prepare the food well, want you be there to eat this«fun food», and keep everyone happy, what’s the point of going to a Chili’s? If they keep this non-sense up, they won’t have any patrons left. Can you say Ruby Tuesdays?

I visited this Chili’s location a few weeks ago and picked up a Togo order. I ordered off the 2 for 20 menu. Which is a good value. We also added a order of boneless buffalo wings to our order because my wife was really craving some buffalo chicken. When we opened it up, they looked and tasted like they had been refried more than once. They were hard and difficult to cut much less eat. So I called back to the location and asked to speak to the manager to let them know about the poor quality of food they had sent out of their kitchen. He was apologetic about the issue. I was offered to drive all the way back and pick up another order or I could give them my address and they would send me Chili’s cash in the mail. I decided to have them mail me the Chili’s cash for my next visit. However it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for it in the mail. Normally I wouldn’t complain but if you say you are going to do something, it should be done. Meanwhile we are do not have great things to say about the Togo program for this location and will most choose Taco Mac or another option close by next time.

To be honest, the last time I went to Chili’s, I swore I would never go back. The food really lacked flavor. But Saturday my husband and I gave it another chance and I’m so glad we did! They revamped the 2 for $ 20 menu and it was delicious and very filling! I got the Sweet Chile Tilapia(so good) and my husband loved his Cajun Chicken Pasta! The server was great(Chris??) and we will be back! Good job, Chili’s!

A mixed review! The food is typically good and the staff is friendly however today … A friend and I where enjoying lunch when an unexpected visitor ran across the backboard behind my friends booth seat. I didn’t make a fuss, simply notified the manager of the critter. He said he would call pest control but didn’t offer to do anything for us. Needless to say, I left hungry because I didn’t eat. Will I go back? I’m not sure. How can I know if they took care of the roach problem???

Had the 2 for $ 35 special with 2 Mango Margaritas, and baby back ribs, the wife had chrispy chicken fingers with grilled corn on cob. The appertizer was texas fries, and the dessert was a slice of cheesecake. Our only gripe was the cheesecake was warm. I don’t know anyone that serves cake warm. But everything else was very good

Chili’s is the best restaurant for a lunch to take a co worker to as it is quick and fast. I had the philly cheesesteak sandwich and wihile it was not horrid it also was not the best i’ve ever had. It did not have alot of flavor and the roll was a little to tough. My co worker got spicy soft tacos. They were to spicy for him so he gave them to me. They were pretty darn good. They were packed with shrimps and were really spicy. I enjoyed them. I have to give them kudos for their seasoned fries. They were excellant and very tasty. Service was a little slow. I didnt get my lunch salad until i had to ask for it twice and my co worker did not get a sauce that came with her dish until she had to ask for it as well. All in all not a terrible restaurant but not the best either.

The service is always terrible at this location. It is hard to believe that they are corporately owned, because they never adhere to typical corporate service standards.

We’ve gone here on several occasions but tonight seemed different. I think we have figured out, when they aren’t busy they have the best food and service! Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs! Our drinks never went dry and she was quick to clean the table when we were done with our plates. My wife had the grilled salmon, my son the triple dipper(all wings), and I had the wonderful Chicken Ranch sandwich! Everything was hot and very tasty! It hit the spot! I’d say that if you want to visit here and want a great meal with great service then go here when they aren’t busy! Excellent meal tonight! Thanks Chili’s!
