It is OK. It is that simple. Service is usually adequate as is the food. Prices go along with the value of the food, in other words, OK. Honestly the main reason I come here is just due to the convenience of it being on the way home from work and right by Home Depot.

If you like really salty food, this is the place for you. Tasted like someone dumped a salt shaker on my burger. To be fair, the French fries were good and if anything was going to be too salty you’d think it would be them. Also, manager comped the burger though it took a while to actually get her to come to the table. She told us they have no control over how much ‘special seasoning’ goes on their food and you have to tell them to not put any on. She also said that some of the dishes have a tablespoon of their special seasoning(which I would guess is 95% or more salt) and its chili’s corporate policy. That’s a lot of salt so fair warning if you go here.

Young kids, untrained, carrying their high school attitude to work. Chili’s is setting them up for failure and in turn themselves. Bad service.

Wow. I know it’s a chain. But this place has really slipped. My daughter and I used to eat here every week for years. Haven’t been here in a year. In that time, they have TOTALLY changed their menu! Too much Tex Mex. Food was mediocre, at best. Service was ho hum. I was surprised the place was half empty when I arrived. Learned quickly why. Sad really, because I’ve had mostly good experiences in the past.

We would have gladly sent our food back… if the server had ever come back after taking our order. Wonder if the manager and staff, all huddled together in a corner with their cell phones, noticed that I went and filled our drinks myself. I literally had to go get the server to bring my check, which was wrong. I guess that’s what you get for dining in a corporate place.

Pretty good for a chain and I’ve always liked their Fajitas. The ability to pay at the table is a neat feature and good for when you need to get a move on. I do miss their Shanghai Wings, which was another favorite enjoyed by the whole family and sadly no one else offers an equivalent.

Pretty sad that their Cobb Salad to-go was no where near the quality of Chick-Fil-a’s cobb salad. We’ve been visiting and getting to-go from this location for years, and sadly it’s hit or miss. Just don’t get your hopes up, and you should be fine. If it’s a good night, your a lucky one!

I generally enjoy visiting a Chili’s from time to time. I’m not sure what went wrong this time. The food took a while to come, but then it was a Sunday afternoon. Though I ordered something I’ve had at other Chili’s, it didn’t taste the same somehow. The chicken was a bit tough and just lacked flavor(compared to my visit at another Chili’s). Maybe it was the Sunday rush, or maybe it was just me. Overall, a «meh» sort of experience.

Its a chillis, but the food quality is excellent here for what it is. Better then some local spots which kills me to say, good for kids.

Just got top shelf customer service. I ordered something and when it came it was too spicy for me– they’re getting me another meal!

ExTREMLy loud with several tables of out of control kids. Waitress was nice but harried. Food was acceptable. Seems no one pays in cash anymore!?! Waitress brought change for 100. …$ 80… In FIVES?! That is 16 five dollar bills. REALLY???

This is probably one of the best chili’s I ate at. The new menu looks pleasing. I like pretzels, so when they introduced the jumbo pretzels sticks as appetizers, I felt excited. The pretzels are served warm with cheese sauce, which contained onion pieces to stand out in taste. The burgers are succulent, and seasoned to perfection. The pickles contained garlic as well as dill tastes. The place is well kept and maintained clean and I had yet to have a bad experience here. The only thing I have against about this establishment is it’s a chain. Some chains don’t keep their place well run. I will continue to be a customer here!

Nothing really wrong, but nothing really great either. Just needed a place to sit and have lunch after a long weekday summer morning of driving and hauling stuff, sweaty, hot work to be sure. Their lunch combos promised to be quick and cheap and they mostly were, although it is still baffling why the addition of bacon to a $ 6 half-sandwich and salad combo instantly bumps the cost up to $ 8. Sad reminder of how close this stuff is to fast food. But at the same time you can sit a bit, drink a decent beer(Sam Adams Rebel IPA draft), and get an OK lunch for not a lot of money. Does help that the interior of this particular store was recently redone to feature mostly neutral, tasteful colors.

It’s like they douse all their food in salt. Every few months, we decide to give Chili’s another try and we always end up suffering. They revamped their menu so I decided to give the enchiladas a go. Holy moly, it felt like I was forcing tablespoons of salt down my throat. The only good thing about Chili’s is their 1000+ calories molten chocolate cake.

Great location. Rarely a long line and a well dedicated staff with little turnover. So service is consistent, and when you tie that in with the reliable preparation of food that a national chain affords… it’s a great spot with a predictable meal! Good stuff! It’s close to the Perimeter Mall too!

Good service reasonable prices. Went in for Sunday lunch and got the 2 for $ 20 with a friend. Due to a rainy morning, it wasn’t crowded at all. Shared a Texas cheese fries and I got the magarita grilled chicken entrée. The chicken was tender and juicy. Black beans and rice was really good too. Saw that they have happy hour drink and appetizer specials, which I will keep in mind next time hanging out with friends and looking for a small bite. This location also had the ziosk. The server said they’ve had it for about three weeks now. You can order refills on drinks, desserts, and even pay your bill right at your table. Neat little machine.

I won a gift card for Chili’s so tried out this location to use up my card. I came in for lunch on a Sunday. Previously, I had not been to a Chili’s for a few years. I found this restaurant to be solid choice if you want a decent meal at an affordable price. The service was also very good, and I liked the overall layout of the restaurant. I sat at the bar and they had a row of TV’s right behind the bar, so patrons could get a really good view of several different games if they so wish. Their menu is very large, like most chains, and they had some interesting choices. It looks like they put some effort into coming up with new dishes. I had a chicken avocado bacon sandwich, which was served on a pretzel bun. This was flavorful and fresh but a little too high on the sodium side. The bun was really good and fresh and gave the sandwich an interesting taste. I liked that they had a choice of some healthier sides than just fries, and I ordered steamed broccoli. The broccoli came out just perfectly, not too soft and not too undercooked, and had a little bit of seasoning. Since it’s a chain, you won’t find a large variety of wines and beers, but that is to be expected. I’d definitely consider visiting this Chili’s again.

Hate rating chain places… Missed the health score here so I can’t comment. Current staff is above average, as well as the consistency and plating of the food.
