I have cream-colored carpets that were cleaned nine years ago. Norman Doughten, owner-operator of this franchise, is a friendly guy and he did a very good job of cleaning my challenging dirty carpets. While the over-all cleaning looked very good, I grade the results at 4 stars because the most soiled areas could not be cleaned in just one application/visit of the CitruSolution. I like the CitruSolution technique because it does not saturate the carpet with cleaning solution. The heavily soiled areas can be, and were cleaned-up with my spot application of «Citruspotter» solution, and an old white towel and«elbow grease.» A lot of dirt was lifted off of the worst spots in my carpets with my hand do-over. Norm was punctual and spent two hours to clean the carpets in three bedrooms, hallway, stairs, family room, and living room. He gave me a complimentary 32 oz spray bottle of Citruspotter carpet cleaning solution, and advised me on how to use it to clean the heavily soiled areas. Norm’s business does a lot of carpet cleaning for businesses, and he does residential customers by word-of-mouth. His fee for residential carpet cleaning is $ 40 per room, $ 40 for stairs, and $ 20 for hallways. General information about the technique and other franchisees is at
