I just had an antique clock shipped across the country and need a professional to setup, clean, and calibrate. Bob did a wonderful job getting my clock up and running. I will definitely use him again.

I delivered a clock in May 2014 to this people. Sent e-​mail follow ups and never heard a word. Very nice when dropped off clock (cuckoo clock that needed some repairs). They did say would take a while (that means a number of weeks, a few months to most normal people). After 6 months called (no action). Waited until April almost a year later and still no action. It does not take a year to repair a little cuckoo clock and no follow up by this store at all ever regarding status. I have no idea what they do or claim to do but avoid them. I sent to Cuckooclockologist (on line) and they are repairing my clock in one week, not one year (or more).
