Computer One

Pending Civil Case Now. I finally was able to get another Tech to open my computer to verify if ANYTHING was stolen. I found out this evening that part of my upgraded RAM was stolen. I upgraded this computer from 2GB (original) to 8GB (purchased from Micro Center in a set of 2 separate 4 g installs [4+4=8]). They stole one of the 4 G and left the other. I called the COPS and made a civil complaint, all the while the owner, Monika, was screaming «They (the cops) can’t do anything. It’s a civil matter.»
The cop confessed to me that he has gotten called out to their business at least once a month for the past 3 years. He stated the city has tried to shut down this business on multiple occasions however, they can’t because it must be tried and convicted of something criminal. He stated no one was actually willing to go the extra step and take them to court with their complaint. Wow! He told me to go to the Cobb County BBB and report them. He also mentioned I would find dozens of other complaints there. TRUST NO ONE! DO NOT GO THERE! I WILL BE POSTINGS MORE PICS AND MORE REVIEWS, as well as filing a civil case.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if that was an option. The guy that works there is extremely rude and the lady who leaves her kid in the back alone doesn’t know what she is talking about. Their service is cheap; however they are also dishonest and they will not I repeat will not fix the problem you’re having with your electronic device. Look them up with the better Business Bureau!!! I wish I had done that first. They charged me to put in a new hard drive and after they told me one price I come back and they try to charge me 2x that price only for the too slow hard drive that they put in to crash my laptop. The police officer that I called to come to the business said that he seriously comes there 2x a month because of their bad business !! Stay away!
