The laptop repair was not done on time. When I called to check on it, no one would answer the phone. I had to drive in to check on it. The wrong size screen was ordered. The solution was to try and jury rig the undersized screen. After this was discussed it was brought up the the correct size screen could be ordered but it would take longer. I am now sitting in the parking lot trying to get the laptop out but no one has shown up to work 50 minutes after opening time. I will not be bring any further business here.

I used to work at computer zone and I must say that they have every intention to fix all the computers with the best possible solution. Sure, sometimes things dont work out so well, but thats life. Its just a small noncorporate shop but thats the appeal of it. You wont get a bunch of salesmen or corporate people doing what they are told by their bosses.
Try them out and you wont be dissapointed.
