Dunkin’ Donuts

Horrible! I no longer will come to this Location, after Visiting on 2÷5÷16. Don’t know if this was a Manager, or just a Worker but I ordered a Sundae, and when I asked for the Cherry, etc he yelled at me over the drive-​thru. I never got to finish my order. When I got to the Window, the one who took my order (Indian Guy) stood making fun of my order to another worker. I still don’t know if he was crazy, or just having a bad day. I was so disgusted by that kind of treatment. After decades of business, I will never come here again. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not yo give them business. Too many better places, that actually serve good donuts to waste on this place.

OK but not great. The shop is generally a bit dirty and they almost always skimp on the flavoring of your coffee. The Dunkin at the end of East Piedmont at the corner of Roswell Road and E. Piedmont is much better and always cleaner… but it doesn’t have ice cream.

I have been twice in the past month. The first I time I had to drive away because no one came to the window at the drive through. Tried again, the lady that took the order brought out the wrong order, she did not speak english and called for what I assume to be the mg. The correct sandwich finally came out along with chocolate milk shake was so thin it should have been chocolate milk. The sandwich had none of the sauce the menu said it did so she took it back and the same male employee litterally dumped an extreme amount of sauce on the sandwich. I wasted no more time with these people, did not ask for a refund or sandwich, just left knowing I would never return. I live in this neighborhood for almost 20yrs and have never experienced such. I can only assume the place has been sold to some one who has no clue what they are doing,

Great coffee shop and yes they sell ice cream too.
Pleasant staff and quick service too.
Fresh coffee is brewing all the time.
The store also sells sandwiches for lunch and breakfast too.

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time. Good service. Food is good. No real complaints here at all, except for the smell right around the door when you walk in. Right in between the double doors there is a pretty nasty smell once you get through that everything is good. To avoid the smell just use the drive-​thru.

You’ve got to love a business that is willing to stay open past closing time to wait for you when you call to ask what time they close. That’s great customer service, which, along with Peanut Butter n Chocolate ice cream, merits Dunkin Donuts 5 stars :)
