For over 20 years my husband and I have taken our purchased artwork, family mementos, and even jigsaw puzzles to Sunny, Diane and Jean for framing. They introduced us to one of our favorite artists, Lucy Browning, and have even created a magnificent framed mirror for us. Working with them is always an incredible pleasure, since their impeccable taste and creativity always produce a «WOW!» when we see the final framed piece. I had an oil painting on canvas that I needed to have stretched and framed which had been sitting around for four years. After reading the reviews online and scoring a deal through Amazon Local I decided to give Frameworks Gallery a try.
I wanted a frame that did not detract from the portrait, but something that would also be substantial and draw attention to the piece. I also was looking for something that looked aged/​somewhat rustic to look authentic to the time period. Jean at Frameworks was very helpful and offered me numerous options that would compliment the piece.
While I was there we also discussed some prints that my husband has that have very odd dimensions. In the past we had taken them to Michael’s to get a quote and they wanted more that $ 500 per print. Frankly, the prints are not much nicer than a poster so that price seemed outrageous. When I discussed the prints with Jean she told me about a process called Plaqueing which can be used for posters or more inexpensive art that would be less than $ 100 per piece. I appreciate the fact that she offered me a more cost effective solution than framing.
My oil painting was framed in about ten days and I am very pleased. It came out even better than I hoped — the frame compliments that painting perfectly but does not detract from it.
When I picked up my painting I brought in another piece to get their opinion on the condition (fair to poor) and whether it was suitable for framing. They took the time to inspect the piece and give me options. Their honesty about the poor condition ended up costing them a framing job — but they gained a loyal customer. Everyone I dealt with at Frameworks was very friendly, helpful, and professional; they are now my go-​to for all my framing needs. I would highly recommend them!

What a great find in East Cobb! I’ve been looking for a framer for quite some time after my past ones have closed and happened upon this one after a Unilocal search while sitting the the Starbucks next door — what a pleasant surprise.
The ladies could not be more friendly and welcoming. I brought in my movie poster to be framed and told them what I wanted and in short order they had the a frame I liked picked out and measured. The process only took 10 – 15 minutes. Also, they do plexiglass, which I prefer and is not easy to find.
My posted was ready when they told me it would be and they called me to come and pick it up. Upon pickup, they showed me the finished product (wow) and told me the proper care of the new art. Also, someone new helped me and was just as polite as when I dropped it off.
That’s customer service — I’ll be back again and again!

My mother has always been a loyal customer of Frameworks for as long as I can remember. I am pretty sure all of the artwork in her house has been framed in their shop and it is always done beautifully and tastefully to really complete the piece. Sunny has always helped my mom with her pieces and when I started taking my work to her she treated me with same wonderful service that she always gave my mother. Their prices are incredible! Compared to somewhere like Michael’s or Sam Flax they have unbelievably better prices, they are so much more creative with their designs and they are just so sweet and kind. With a wide selection there are always plenty of styles to choose from. They really care about every piece they work on, they are so wonderful to work with. We have been loyal customers for years and will continue to be. Don’t take your framing jobs anywhere else!
