Okay okay the customer service here is subpar. But who rly wants a salesperson breathing down your neck when all you rly want to do is look around??? Come on people. This store has the best stock, is always clean and usually has the sizes the bigger stores are missing. More than makes up for the employees

I’ll join the others that the customer service here is reeeeeally bad. Had a great greeter that got us to pick up a few items to buy. Had a return to make because Gap shipped us a wrong size. Not so much that they refused to take it back because«we are not gap.com» as the way it was handled. Everyone reading knows what I’m talking about. If I did not like the item, it wouldve been fine. We called from the store… first person didn’t help, 2nd told them to take it back… so they did… but lost us in the process. Funny side story. Another customer asks if they have any 4th of July shirts while we’re all standing there. Manager Esteban says no we have none. My husband told the guy yes they actually do & pointed him to the shirts…

This is a typical Gap store at the Avenue. Two salespeople were in the store, but no one says hello or if they may assist you the entire time I was in the store(about 15 minutes). I saw a few cute things, but didn’t bother to try them on. I just went on my way. They need to beef up their customer service.
