I absolutely love Jimmy Johns but I was highly disappointed at the arrive at this location. I travel a lot and I have never had any bad experience at any other Jimmy Johns. I was so looking forward to my sandwich today, but I received a less than desirable meal. Not only does the quality of the product say a lot of about that location, it says a lot about the quality of employee that they have that would even think about servicing something like this. Shameful service.

I’m not sure how this company stays in business. The food is acceptable, but the service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Drive thru is extremely mistake-prone and when you go back for the correct sandwich, you are treated rudely. I will not be going back.

I don’t know how you can give someone bad customer service thru a intercom just taking orders. I asked for a lulu club lettuce wrap and wanted the free bee’s but without the Dijon mustard and sprouts. The guy replied back rudely«that’s not in the sub». So I’m like okay he must be new or something so I just said okay fine just get me the jalapeño chips and a pickle. He said«I’ll tell you your total at the window». I pull up to the window and this girl just hands me a bag and then holds her hand out and I’m like damn just gonna get the money from me without telling me how much it is first? And then she didn’t even spoke a word to me. It’s a great sub place but got ghetto ass people working there with no manners. If I come there again and have the worker talk back to me crazy like as if I don’t know wth I’m ordering i will remind them that the menu is right in front of me and they better get my order right because I always order the same thing every time !

Would definitely NOT recommend this location! We order as an office from here every few weeks and this week they made a mistake on my sub. I proceeded to eat the sub because of course it was around lunch time and I was starving. The ladies who order our food called Jimmy John’s and they said they would be on their way with a new sub in 30 minutes. I appreciated the gesture once I heard they were on their way, but had already consumed half of the sub by this point. The delivery guy arrived and asked for the other sub back. You read that correct — he wanted it BACK in replace of the correct one. What are they planning to do with this sub that had already been received and unwrapped by a customer? Were they planning to reuse the sub for another order? Honestly, to make up for delivering the wrong sub to begin with, they should have offered the replacement sub as a nice bonus vs asking for the WRONG sub back. I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I have NEVER experienced this kind of service. Our office will not be using this location again if I have anything to say about it. I’ve never walked out of a sandwich shop before today. I walked in and was the ONLY customer in the store. No one greeted me and I stood for about 5 mins in front of the register while the staff was prepping what seemed like a large catering order. Finally a guy acknowledged me and said they’d be right with me. That same guy then started to carry out big bags of food outside to a customers car. There was a female worker standing at the register the whole time shuffling through receipts. I stood there for a few more mins when another customer walked in and was immediately greeted by the female worker and then asked for her order. I then walked out of there and will never set foot in that jimmy johns again.

Very unprofessional service at this location. Too many young people with no leadership. Spent a lot of time talking and on their cellphone. Obviously I interrupted them when I asked that they cut my unwich in half and actually got«attitude«from one of them. I was two seconds away from asking for a refund. I will not be back to this location.

Unprofessional service! They took more than 29 minutes to deliver me the WRONG sandwich, after calling them to correct the mistake they took even longer to bring me the correct one! I’m literally located .2 miles away and it took nearly an hour to get my food! I will NEVER order from here again! They have no organizational or customer service skills! Freaky fast delivery??? Nah, not this location!

The staff at this location is friendly. The location in convenient. That is all. Not a very efficient location. I’ve used their drive thru, ordered delivery and I have ventured inside. The only time my sandwich order is correct is when I go inside. I’ve ordered delivery from this location on 3 different occasions to open my bag and find the wrong items on my sandwich. I order delivery online to make sure my order is written done correctly, but it doesn’t make a difference. One driver actually dropped off a sandwich order for someone else. I had to call the store back so they could notify him and bring us our correct order. He called me back and asked if I ate the sandwich. I couldn’t help but laugh. Why would I eat something that isn’t mine? Lol. He came back 10 minutes later and gave us our correct order. That was the last time we ordered anything from this location. I get Jimmy John’s is supposed to be «freaky fast», but it shouldn’t interfere with the quality of the meal.

So happy they are this close to my house. I was ordering on my cell in my way there but noticed a $ 1.15 extra in price. So I didn’t confirm my order but instead just drove up to the window. When he gave my my price it was $ 1.15 less than ordering online even though I was picking up and not delivering. I find that rather odd. But whatever. I always get the #14 — bootlegger and add cucumbers, bacon, Italian vinegarette and some oregano. Love!

I like Jimmy Johns a lot. I get the beach club unwich a few times a week and really enjoy it. Most of the time my order is correct but only if I do not stray from the sandwich on the menu too much. I realized early on that to just say easy mayo means a little less than a ton of mayo. So if you are not a fan of mayo you have to say easy five times(though you still may get too much) or just keep it off and ask for a pack so that you can add it yourself.

Can’t get an order right to save their lives. Even an online order that is printed in front of them they horribly mess up. Not sure how they can mess up an easy sandwich so terribly. Needs better staff and clearly better management.

best sub shop around. clean, quick and decent pricing. the JJ Garganjuon(?) is the best sub i’ve had In many years. don’t bother with other places around this area. just go to JJ and enjoy.
