Krystal

It’s a Krystal. Cleaner than most. Service is slow! Go drive thru!

Came by on a super slow Sunday. We were the only ones in the restaurant!
Ordered a dozen Krystal’s and a few Bacon Krystal’s and waited about 5 minutes for them to be brought to the table. The kids had done scarfed down one a piece by the time I started my first. I took one bite a noticed it wasn’t too warm, took another bite and felt it wasn’t right. I then felt the other burgers and they were all cool to the touch. I can honestly say I’ve never had a cold Krystal! Every time I had one they’d be hot and steamy!
Not here.
I took them back to the counter and was told they’d remake them. After about 10 minutes they came out. They were good and what I expected. Not sure what happened, I’ve never had to wait so long to get cold food. Granted, I only get to come here every couple of years since we don’t have Krystal’s in Canada but, I grew up eating here as a child.
I hope they can get their act together. It’s one of the few places I crave when I come home.

I’ve personally never had a bad experience here – probably because I’m a white girl. But when my friends visit your establishment and get harassed about being Asian, complete with «chicken and rice» jokes, well, you may as well have said it to my face. The late night crew, I thought, was full of decent humans. Apparently not. This happened on the night of June 3, 2015. You better believe I’ll rethink my cravings for your food in the future.

Every time I go I have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook the Krystals. Why? You would think since this is Krystals they would be ready. A HORRIBLE resturant with bad, super rude management.

So I’m in the drive through and ask what comes on the stackers, because there’s only a picture and I can’t tell, and the lady says, «it’s on the board, read it!» A second later another woman starts answering my question and I told her, «never mind, I’m sure another place would like my business!» I guess that’s what you get for going to this Krystal’s!!!

I love these, I can eat about 10 of them. Not bad for a 6 foot tall, 155 average guy, huh. More like a snack than a meal, call it a SNEAL.

First, yeah I’m giving a Krystal a 5-​star rating. I know, in the grand scheme of fast food restaurants, Krystal is pretty far down on the food chain. My own personal experience with various Krystals over the years has been spotty at best. BUT, my recent experience with this particular Krystal was unbelievable. The first thing that impressed me was their 99 health inspection grade. You rarely see that at any restaurant! Next was the counter person, who I think was the manager. She was very friendly and helpful and brought our food to our table rather than have us wait for it at the counter. The food came fast, and was hot and fresh. This might have been my best fast food experience in years. I’ve always loved those little square hamburgers, and I’ll definitely be going back to this Krystal to get some more.
