Really? You stay away for lunch until 1:30 letting a dozen people stay outside the door like a breadline? Idiotic customer service. Clearly this terrible company needs a competitor.

And Lab corp your not getting my debit card to hold in case my insurance doesn’t pay at the same time telling your friend that someone got YOUR debit info and went shopping. Why are these labs like this? Many people are scared when they come, so be a little more compassionate. The young lady who drew blood gets 5 stars.

Better than the one down on Peachtree, as in faster, however I still feel like I’m being treated like a parolee taking mandatory drug tests. This lady has less personality than a DMV employee.

Okay. I checked in at this location because this is what came up as I was sitting in the lobby waiting. This location is at 790 CHURCH ST 150 MARIETTA, GA 30 060. This address also comes up online when you do a search on their website. But after driving past this place 2 ½ times I see why. if you are not from the area driving around here is confusing enough. My GPS was yelling at me «Right here HEIFER!» But I could NOT see the building. Why? Because it sits behind another damn building. WTF. So if you are looking for this place and the Rite Aide on Church St is on your right side, as soon as you go past the Rite Aid turn right. There is a gray and white medical bldg (I think) in front of where you have to then drive like 1000 feet back. Look up and you see 790! ERGH. If Rite Aid is going to be on your Left hand side and you pass it then you have gone too far. TURN AROUND!
As far as this location goes. Why the 2 Star? Well finding it took me about 10 minutes. Then I get there like 8 minutes prior to closing and the person taking my info had a bit of an attitude. I explained to her that «Hey I couldn’t find the place and the doors wasn’t locked so PLEASE except my apology!» She was looking like F U. Really F U! Then as another patient was leaving she with that same nasty attitude yelled at them because they were trying to exit and she had already locked the door. So now I’m in straight South Atlanta mode waiting on her tone to be as it was with them. I could see two other women in the back looking like «Oh Hell!“In less than a minute another fair complexioned woman with beautiful wavy hair came to her co-​workers rescue. She said «She’s having a bad day.». :)
The other two ladies where pretty nice. Even went so far as to tell me that they work at Wellstar located behind this building and when they first started working their someone had to show them how to get there because it is DIFFICULT to find. Plus they also told me that the door can’t be locked until Noon, so they were okay. So outside of the high yellow heifer having a bad day this visit went very well. 5 Stars to the other two young ladies!
