OMG ! Bald face liars, missed scheduled appointment, No follow through, No response and crafty avoidance.
After a promising initial appointment to assess the work required I was given a price of $ 175 and asked when they would begin and I was told the Tuesday morning after Labor Day. I took off from work that morning and waited…8:30am — 10am, –Noon, — 2pm, –4pm Nothing. No call, no show and no response to my calls. Finally the next day at 4pm I reached Teresa who I had coordinated the initial appointment to ask WTF? She apologized saying they were slammed and she had a sick child. After the apologies Teresa said she would check the schedule and call me back with a date /​time.
I have yet to receive that call. To add insult to injury and lost time I called repeatedly Thursday and Friday leaving messages and all of a sudden the number I had been calling announced a disconnected message. Yet when I called from my office once again I received their message «we are away from the phone…» So I left another message. Later in the afternoon calling from my office I was greeted with the same suspicious disconnected message.
I called from another office and viola… It went through. I have concluded based on this experience they are liars and cowards. I understand things happen and people get ill but to Not show, not call, never respond and then send an email without ever acknowledging their failures is beyond poor service and reaches a level incompetence. THEY SUCK
