I visited with my wife on a Saturday morning. The museum was okay. They had a couple of exhibits — a recent college art professor works thing (ok), and another set of late 19th /​early 20th century landscape paintings upstairs (pretty good). For the $ 8 apiece, I thought it was worthwhile.
Parking is convenient either in an adjacent lot or on-​street nearby.

Museum of art in Cobb county right off the square.
Some good art. They have art classes and they have sketching nights with live models.

Marietta, GA
Marietta Museum of Art is a great venue. Love going to Martinis and Music on Friday nights. It is a cosmopolitan upbeat place with great art and fun people.

I had my wedding reception here (caterer is Carriage House Catering). I can’t say enough things — everything went well. Rhonda is a terrific event planner, carriage house provided great food and service, and the venue itself was gorgeous and perfect.
