Marietta Nails

I decided to try out this spot since I was in the area. Worst decision EVER! should’ve just went to my usual place because that’s where I ended up going to anyway. First off what nail salon does not have a display of their gel colors on plastic nails or something so their customers can see how the color may look. Yep. THIS PLACE! lol
Next they didn’t finish my pedicure leaving whites spots all on my toe nails, as I had to get clear nail polish since they didn’t have any colors that I could use for both my finger nails and toes.
They still attempted to charge me when they didn’t finish the pedicure nor did they have the colors. Which is why I went with just clear. Smh
Instead of them trying to offer some sort of gesture to right their wrong. They just argue and try to make excuses for why they should still get their
$ 20. Needless to say I did not pay and will not pay for BAD service! I went to olé faithful TJ nails and was satisfied. If I have to pay my hard earned money for a service I expect to at least be satisfied.

I wasn’t sure at first. I hate trying new nail places because I’m so picky about my nails. Andy was very nice and when the gel color I picked wasn’t dark enough, he happily helped me pick a different color and changed the 2 nails he had already painted. He was very attentive to the fine details and perfected the shape of each nail. I’ve had many compliments on my nails. I’m very happy with the results. We’ll see how they last… For now, I feel like I would go back

Freaky horrible. I had my nails done on Friday afternoon. I waited last minute & all the places I usually were packed so I decided to try marietta nails … Worst idea ever. Monday one mails broke. I work in an office settling there is no reason for my nails to cracking in half. After looking underneath my nails two other nails a crack forming horizontally. I wish I could get my tip back! Never ever eveeeerr going back.

Never have I been to a nail salon and had a non-​gel pedicure that still looked brand new 3 weeks later!
My husband and I have have gotten pedicures here twice. The staff is really nice and professional. Andy and Ronnie go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable and get exactly what you ask for. They don’t push upgrades and all of their prices are listed on a handy sheet they allow you to look over before beginning your service.
The atmosphere is very calm and laid back, and they are always available to get you in right away. It’s also very clean.
If definitely recommend Marietta Nails.

Marietta Nails looks like your average nail salon. They have massage chairs, a good variety of nail polish, and a good selection of services.
I got the peppermint pedicure and manicure (I wanted something a little more than the basic, and this one was the next step up). The warm towels on my feet and hands were such a treat at the end of a long week.
What sets Marietta Nails apart is their great customer service. I’m an introvert who has to extrovert myself all day at work. One of my peeves is for nail technicians to try to force conversations out of me. My nail tech (Ronni?) was extremely friendly without forcing me into conversation. However, the salon had such a home-​y feeling that I ended up talking to one of the other customers along with all 3 nail technicians the whole time I was there. Yes, they are really that friendly. You can tell that everyone loves their job, and will go out of their way to ensure that customers are satisfied.

The shop is located in the same complex as the Starbucks I frequent and I walked in this morning for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. I normally go to another shop, but didn’t feel like driving 20 minutes. The shop is clean and bright and the chairs new and comfortable. OPI products are available and neatly displayed.
The manager Andy was the only one in the shop when I arrived and he took care of my wax — honestly it is one of the best eyebrow waxes I have ever had. He took his time and made sure it was perfect. He is friendly without being too over the top.
My peppermint pedicure and manicure (which included a nice 10 minute massage) given by Hannah were wonderful — prior to starting they provide you with a list of services along with pricing (no hard «up sells» like some other places.). I will come back to try some of the other options — hot stone and paraffin looked wonderful.
It is a little more expensive than some places, but all in all a great experience and I am glad I took a chance. I will be back and would definitely recommend.
