Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

I’ll drive the extra couple miles, even though I hate Barrett parkway, just so I don’t have to go to this location again!
I ordered pants online from the men’s wearhouse website for a wedding. I was a groomsman and these pants were part of the required attire. The MWH site shipped the wrong color and inseam. Not knowing this, I picked them up Thursday (10÷8÷15) from the Avenues @ West Cobb around 2pm. My wife and I had to leave for the wedding Friday @ 10am. After going home to try them on and consulting with another groomsman, I realized they were not only the wrong color, but the alterations were incorrect (cuffs).
I drove back to the west Cobb avenues location to swap them for the correct color. It shouldn’t have been a big deal, just swap the black pants for blue and add the cuff. Not the case. Since the pants were no longer on sale, the manager at the west Cobb avenues location tried to charge me an additional fee and I’d still be left with pants that needed to be altered. You could tell the other employee working didn’t think this was fair either but he wasn’t calling the shots. I had to call the customer service line (800 number-​thanks C/​S rep Ashley!) while I was in the store and have them contact the manager in order for her to swap them for the correct color. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. This should’ve been common sense.
After finally getting them swapped I was told this store doesn’t do alterations. I made it to the Barrett location @ 8:30pm. I figured there was no chance that they’d have time to alter them before I had to leave. After explaining my situation and all the hoops I had to jump through to the manager and another employee, they got me measured and had the alterations done before the store closed. The Barrett location really went above and beyond to make things right!
2 stars because I did actually get the right pants when the dust settled. After the ridiculous events earlier at the west Cobb location, I’ll gladly drive the extra couple miles to the Barrett store. Thank you again Barrett pkwy MWH staff if you’re reading this! Take a lesson from the Barrett staff if you’re the manager of the West Cobb location. And If you’re George Zimmer, keep smoking! :)

Picked up my suit here and staff was extremely helpful and fun. I’m not expert on prices, but they seemed average. Shipped it to wrong store, and the staff offered to personally run it to the one I wanted. Even played a little dress up with them and shared lots of laughs. Willing to pay for customer service like this, why can’t more places be like them?

They are over priced and pushy! You can get a better deal and section at Macy’s. I came here to look at linen suits for my husband for a wedding and the guy tried to sell me 2 suits instead of just the one suit I wanted to buy. I ended up buying the suit and going to Macy’s and finding the same exact suit for $ 150 less. I returned the suit to Men’s Warehouse the next day!
