Moohan uses the used car lot approach to get you to sign up on the spot. The will offer incentives just to get you to not walk out the door to think about the commitment it really means. The dont tell you that you have to pay for each and every belt testing, so just when you think you only have the monthly fee, in reality you have to pay an additional $ 40+ each time your child moves up a belt level. And you must buy additional gear once you reach a green belt. Heaven forbid your family is not able to afford the class any longer or your child is so unhappy with the class that you want to cancel your enrollment… they WILL NOT let you. You cannot cancel the contract under any circumstances. You are stuck having to pay the fee for a year. And to bad if you cannot pay. They will have their collection company ruin your credit. They do not care about you. ZERO compassion. Consider other activities in the area. There are plenty of church, school, and recreational activities in East Cobb that truly care about you and your family and provide an activity with your childs best interest at heart. Dont be strong armed into signing up… think gym membership… If you dont go, you still have to pay for the full term of the contract.
