I went with a friend to have a spa pedicure. Foot and leg massage was with nice, hard pressure that I like. Everything except for the massage was extremely rushed from beginning to end. The awkward part was that the nail tech working on my friend took her time, so I ended up sitting around, bored, waiting for my friend for 25 minutes while she continued with her pedicure. I still had tons of dead skin under my feet when walking out of there.

I was excited when a nail salon moved so close to where I work. I went for a fill in a few days after they opened hoping to establish a relationship early on. My first experience in this relationship consisted of them trying to use a more expensive powder and add 2 other non-requested services without my approval. Thank God I noticed all 3(!) and was able to stop her. I wasn’t so lucky the 3rd time I went which was a couple weeks ago. Fill in, and pedicure. I seemed to get the minimum of what I asked for but was charged almost double for the pedicure(which was nothing special) but deemed by them to be the Deluxe Spa version. Phooey. Long story short, I walked out leaving them with $ 63 in services and $ 15 in obligatory tips and me feeling pissed off and finished. This type of thing has happened to me in many salons around East Cobb but this one has been the worst for me. They’re nice enough but watch your wallet. They’re crafty. As for me, I will pay less and drive the extra 10 minutes.

Absolutely have NOIDEA«Why» the poor ratings, however in reading them: I have noticed its been 5 – 6 months since those and I cld sense this nail salon was ‘Extremely Different’ than the rest bc they went over and beyond to make sure they listened and understood… I also noticed the quality of 3 nail polishes I used were ALL Incredibly Fresh/New Appearing and the Sheen Was Fantastic for weeks and weeks following unlike others…(maybe they saw these comments and are putting in efforts to change that??)… To me: thats what would equal a «Quality Salon» in the end anyhow. Anyways Heres My Review: I have found over the years how incredibly difficult it is to find an atlanta nail salon that has the capacity to make acrylic nails actually look like your real nails. Most salons leave you with acrylics that are Too Thick, Lumpy and Bumpy… and not even filed/trimmed in a way that always looks most natural to longer nails regardless of the«styled cut/trim» you prefer((and I must include«every» nail salon I’ve tried previously HAD rave reviews)) The other differences, which I feel are significant in making this salon step out from all the others are: ~Very, Very Thorough ~Highly Detailed and devotes a lot of time to you ~Listens intently as to what you would like &/or if you need help coming up with ideas; the owners are always excited to help(regardless if you are with them or with another) ~They are EXTREMELY Fair in their Prices! I couldnt believe what they charged for the amount of work they did… and HOWMUCH Effort they took in «Cleaning up the solar nail mess» I ended up paying $ 75 at a high rating salon: Haute Spot(off of Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs — - In which I was lied to there, given the worst set of acrylics I’ve ever had… only to then follow up with a serious allergic reaction when I wanted clear acrylics not solar acrylics– which btw: Solar acrylics have MORE Chemicals, Not Less… and ARESIGNIFICANTLYCHEAPER of a product — So why the $ 75 when I had NOTHING special done— except a horrible horrible Mess for Nail Party Salon to clean up and removed entirely… and place a new and HIGHHIGHQUALITYSET On For $ 40 for a FRENCHTIP!(which of course I had to tip a $ 20 bc they spent easily over 2 hrs trying to «safely» take off the prior ones from Haute Spot I had placed on 2 wks prior… ~Furthermore I AM Knowledgeable enough about products enough to know also that this salon uses name brands for everything… never generics like most salons ~& Last but not Least, this new location is just absolutely beautiful… and this is coming from a reviewer who is a highly reputable Interior Architect/Designer in the industry. The pics above are definitely NOT the accurate ones of their new location Oh and almost forgot, additionally they gave me a $ 5 off a Deluxe Pedi coupon just for coming back. Ive grown up with 15 aunts and uncles: all entrepreneurs and successful in their own right… and«this salon» really DOES Care about their Quality of Work, Gaining ‘Long-Term Clients’, and ‘Do Whatever It Takes-Mode’ to make the client beyond happy. For the 1st time in 3 years of living in Atlanta, I have finally found my Nail Salon… and will be bringing my family here so they can discover the difference for themselves! Hope you’ve found this helpful! Really really so grateful I finally tried this place – was almost about to give up! :-p

Left with no nail color as a result of being unhappy with lack of listening by nail technician. I specifically asked my nails to not be filed and she did it anyway when I was looking down. Luckily it was one nail which I had to refile. I asked to have my whole nail painted and she kept missing the sides and it was leaving nail exposed which I can’t stand. I can do a better job myself so I asked to have it all removed and I left. I’m bleeding on one cuticle she cut to close which I feel was due to lack of paying attention. I was a walk in and easily accommodated yet they were understaffed and others were coming in and instead of focusing on the customers already being serviced, she was rushing and not being thorough. Will not return.

I’ve had a mani pedi here twice, and both times, my polish was chipped and hammered looking within a few days. I got gel this time, and it’s trashed in under a week and I still have dead skin on my feet(which weren’t bad to start with). The facility is nice, but the quality of the job leaves a lot to be desired.
