NTB – National Tire and Battery

The only reason we went here is because they had the tires I needed, and we couldn’t find them anywhere else. What a horrible experience. I do not recommend going there. Anchal was not very helpful and kept trying to sell me things/​features I did not want. Everything he said was as if it was memorized and he was brainwashed into saying it. He wasn’t listening to me at all, just reciting whatever Corporate had taught him to say.
It took forever for them to mount the new tires. I’m used to going to Costco or Discount Tire where it never takes more than 45 minutes. The newly mounted tires weren’t balanced properly. Had to take it back to get them to balance the tires. It took a long time as well the 2^nd time around. Also got an alignment done. 2 months later, the alignment is out and had to get that redone.
Just dealing with them on the phone is frustrating. They have no customer service skills. Really wish Discount Tire in Acworth had my tires, because we’ve had very good experiences with them. I will never use NTB again. I said that about 15 years ago with my last awful experience with them. I really didn’t want to use them this time, but my husband insisted since they had the tires. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This is just a big corporate owned company with complete disconnect from the customer.

Nikola and his staff did an outstanding job with my tire replacement. I only had about 45 mins to an hour to spare before heading off to work and I needed tires. Most places that say we will have you in and out within an hour really mean we will get started on your car in an hour.
Not this place, while my transaction was still being processed, a technician already had my car on a lift asking me for my wheel lock key to start the job.
I advised Nikola that I had to leave by a specific time and to ensure that happened, he assisted the technician working on my car. As promised, I had a phone call when my car was done and it was parked in front of the store 5 minutes prior to the time I needed to leave; looking fresh with new tires.
I can honestly say no other tire place has met my expectation like this and keep in mind, I had all four tires installed. I was I was in and out within 30 – 40 mins

Avoid this place… and take your business else where. There are more options around. They make it sound like they care about you and your car but knowing these people from their old Roswell road location and now moved into this new location doesn’t change a bit how they are… Two managers — Nick (Nickola) and Kevin will talk to you about your car as if you did a horrible job in keeping up the maintenance and then will sell you «premium» stuff only to find out it was a crap from dealership… And their tires are just horrible! I ended up going to Costco to get new tires (got 40k miles tires from NTB that went bad after only 23k) and got my breaks fixed from else where (they claimed to put top of the line breaks, that I had to bring it back to them to have it replaced), even though both of the stuff were under warranty but these people were giving me the run around and asked to leave my car for 4 – 5 hours… Ridiculous! Not going to this NTB or another NTB ever.

Nikola and his team went above and beyond for what I thought would be just a regular 2-​tire replacement. This is not saying that he can do this every time, but I called this location at approx. 5:40p today inquiring about the cist for replacing two tires. I spoke with Nikola and he asked me a few questions so he could give me an estimate over the phone. He quoted a very fair price. Since it was so close to the end of business for them, I fully expected him to offer to do the work tomorrow. When I asked, he said if I could get there in 5 minutes, he could do the tire replacement same-​day.
Well, I had already ordered at IHOP across the street, so I got to NTB in three mins. :-). Nikola was expecting me and he printed out the estimate within 5 minutes. There is a $ 3.00 tire disposal fee, and I was going to keep one of the two tires for a spare, so he was going to deduct the $ 3.00 at checkout.
To make a long story slightly shorter, I came back around 6:30p and the car was completely done. Nikola let me know that by law he has to replace the two worst tires, so he did that and rotated the the others.
Even though he ended up having to dispose of both tires, he still deducted the $ 3.00 from the balance, which was a nice customer service gesture! And they stayed open an extra half an hour to finish my car!
All in all, I had an excellent experience at this location. I will recommend them to everyone who needs tires, batteries, brakes, etc. Great job Nikola and the entire team!
