Once again, I’m not happy walking out of this store. Not a single person asked if I needed any help the entire I was in the store, but they were gathered around the register talking a party. Where’s the customer service? I brought back 2 sports bras and a pair of leggings for a different size. I also brought back the hangers hoping that a giant store like Old Navy would recycle them. I was told rudely«No we give them to you to keep. We just throw them away anyway.» Really? It’s 2015 and they are PLASTIC! I let the ringer know that I thought the sports bras ran small and her response was«You think?». I don’t talk to hear myself talk. Then I thought I was exchanging sizes when I realized after I got home I was charged more for the EXACT same merchandise in a different size. On top of that the«lady» for lack of using profanity, put the HANGERSINMYBAG! I am ONLY shopping online for Old Navy from now on! The stores are horrible!!!

This is usually a busy store as it is located in the Merchants Walk Shopping Center in East Cobb. I stopped in here to look for a pair of shorts. Of course, there is no one to help you if you need assistance. I tried on a pair of size 0 shorts. Due to «vanity sizing» they were very big in the hips. Old Navy takes vanity sizing to the limit. I realize that large sized women want to think they are a much smaller size, but smaller sized women just want clothes that fit too. I guess I’ll just go somewhere else for shorts. Not sure I’ll be back. Also, I noticed four retail workers at the cashier’s station talking loudly. It would have been nice if one or two or three of them were out helping the customers as no one was buying anything.

Somehow, I missed the fact that if you want to buy a new bathing suit for summer, you must purchase it in February, because by March, every store in Atlanta(and most online retailers) are almost totally sold out of their swimming stock, and you will be left with something that includes a skirt or is almost $ 200. Since I’m not planning a vacation with the Duggars nor winning the lottery anytime soon, this is not optimal. Enter Old Navy, a store I had not stepped foot in since 2005. This location has been recently remodeled, as has most of the Merchant’s Walk area, and was clean, bright, and most importantly well stocked. The women’s swimwear selection was still excellent, with a variety of reasonably priced suits, accessories, cover-ups, and sandals. The rest of the store was typical Old navy gear — t-shirts, jeans, sundresses of varying quality but low prices.

This Old Navy is located in Merchant’s Walk in Marietta. It is in a very busy shopping center and there is often a lot of traffic. The parking area is very awkward as it’s a one way in front of the store, and not many spots. If you don’t get one of those few spots, you have to walk a ways to get into the store. The store itself is usually clean, and fairly organized. Their clearance and sale section is a nightmare and everything is very unorganized. They have have a limited section of kids clothes, and don’t seem to have many men’s clothes either. I do like that they have a whole big jewelry section, and I haven’t seen this at any other location. The line is always long, no matter what time you go. They have a long que filled with various toys and trinkets your kids will beg you to buy. All and all it’s a fine location, but it really doesn’t stand out in any way, and the parking is not good.
