The prices went up as the service went down. Frequent closings and the inability to reach someone about when the store would be staffed were commonplace. When it finally came time for the owner to declare the business was shutting its doors for good, the closing date kept changing for the worse and without proper notification provided to clients.
Pak Mail corporate offices provided absolutely no support to those loyal customers, (some of whom paid in advance for mail box rental) who were adversely affected by this store’s abrupt closing. Through no fault of their own, customers were coldly abandoned. It is for this precise reason that I would never again do business with any Pak Mail.

Over priced, anyplace else (like home depot) is better for shipping and packing supplies.
They made a big deal about their shipping rates but my rates through my ebay account were much better.
The front door was broken for over a year, so if you have a PO box there you might not even need a key
