EXCELLENT experience, and GREAT pizza. I placed my order online, but something happens during the process to mess up my order. I’m not certain if it was something I did on my end but to be honest it probably was my fault. However, they didn’t start trying to place blame or anything like that, and they didn’t hesitate to make it right. Thanks Papa John’s. We will be back.

The WORST ever, no need to EVER go back. Pizza was dry and it appear to have be made earlier and warmed up. In addition, encountered a rude worker who called me a name, and thought I did not hear him. Manager was notified and did nothing. This worker also did not even know what red pepper flakes are… three words for him; learn your product!!! One last thing… his apron was filthy nasty.

In my opinion, the worst service ever. I am a retired military member with service connected disabilities and attempted to order two pizza’s for delivery and was told I had to bring my ID to the store for my veterans discount. I am completely disappointed with the customer service. The manager even got on the phone and said I had to bring in my ID. Surely there may have been an option for the delivery person to validate my ID upon delivery. For the record, I have ordered before from this location before over the last 6 years and never been experienced a situation like this before.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 16 pc BUFFALO wings. They delivered sweet wings. I called and I was promised free 16 pc wings the next time I ordered. I ordered a pizza and called to get the FREE 16 pc wings. They just did not understand. They charge me for the FREE wings. Want your order right? Call Dominos.

Consistent pizza every order. When we do deliver, they usually arrive within ~35 minutes and the delivery driver is always friendly. When we carryout, the pizza is always ready as we arrive, even if its as early as 15 minutes later.
