So during my wedding planning, I had come in to check out save the dates, however I didn’t go with them due to the color scheme. Anyway, when it came time to order wedding invites, this was my number one stop. The clerks here were incredibly helpful on every occasion that I dropped by to try to make up my mind on lay out, font, wording, etc… ordering invitations is hard!!! Anyway, they were very knowledgeable on the proper etiquette for wedding invitations and had some wonderful suggestions to make my invitations just amazing. Once the invitations arrived, they took the time to show me how to put the invites together and also offered to address my envelopes with the same script and ink as my invitations, which made me ever so happy! Even when it was about 2 weeks before my day, they were able to print up some table numbers in a way that just made everything look perfect. I totally recommend their services, especially for personalized thank you notes… they have a great selection.

So, I decided to make my own invitations for our wedding. I must have been insane when I decided I would line ALL the envelopes, cut out a billion poppies in numerous colors, blah blah blah. Thank God for the Cricut machine! But when it came time to print the actual invitation part and RSVP’s I was told I could just traipse over to Kinko’s with a flashcard of my designs and they would do anything my heart desired. Wrong. I went to every chain that prints stuff and they all looked at me like I was out of my mind. After my sixth printing/copying store in one day, I went to Office Max, and ran into an old friend who happened to be the manager of the store. He said, for what I wanted, I should go to Paper Affair. At that point I was slap happy and I thought he might be insane to send me to some card store, but what the heck, I was getting nowhere fast. And if that failed, Trader Joe’s was in the same shopping center and I would buy and down a few Two Buck Chucks after the day I had. I walked into Paper Affair, a lady sat me down, showed me what kind of printing they do, I gave her the paper I bought from Paper Source, she took it, along with my flash drive, wrote down the dimensions I needed, and I had it all done in a little over a week. Amazing! I am super satisfied with the printing they did, the price was pretty darn good, the ladies were so very patient with my frazzled self, and the invitations are finally done!
