Paris Pub

Great service, great prices and there always seems to be a band playing on Saturday nights. This is becoming my favorite little place to grab a drink.

The local (no pretense) watering hole. You can have a beverage at a handful of places in this tiny town, but this is the only place where a big tattooed guy in a black t-​shirt won’t get stared at as if he was going to rob the place.
Good beers, not a great liquor selection, but prices you’ll love.

Friday is steak night. Great prices. Great food. Great beer selection. Along the tracks in Marietta. Try it.

paris pub is a great semi-​dive bar in marietta. what is a semi-​dive bar you may ask, dear reader? this place is nicer than a typical dive bar but not as nice as say, mccleary’s. (not meant to be a jab, i actually prefer dives over the alternative). paris pub is actually pretty nice inside, having just been redone by the flooding in fall 2011. there are a lot of nice prints and photos that follow along with the paris theme. they have a number of beers on tap including shocktop, sam adams, and troegs, and husband attests that their garlic parmesean wings are awesome. i really liked their orange crush that was only 3.75.
they have a pool table and allow smoking inside but it wasn’t really too smoky in there, they have pretty good ventilation. there is also a jukebox and darts. they do nightly food specials and menu looked pretty darn good and on the cheap side. we’ll be back…
