I would give this one star if possible. We had an appointment with Dr Fleming at 3:30pm. Even at 4:45 we had not been seen and no one told us what was going on. We just walked out. We had the same issue at our initial meeting two weeks ago.
They don’t have any respect for anyones time but their own.
I call this office a farce and would give negative stars if possible.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. They make an appointment time. You show up on time. You don’t get called back until 40 minutes past your appointment time. And the Dr, himself doesn’t come in to see you for another 50 DAMN minutes. What in the name of FUCK. Really, people have things to do. They can’t or don’t have time to spend all day at a Dr’s office. Patients know to be on time. Dr’s should respect that and see the patients when they are scheduled to be seen.
I will sincerely try to find out whom to file a complaint with.
Pinnacle sucks!!!

Would not recommend Dr. Reto, uncaring and uninterested. Horrible experience at this office.
