When I’m in the mood for pizza(especially while I’m at work). I will stop by this particular Pizza Hut to get a personal pan. The taste of the pizza is equivalent to all others I’ve been to. It normally takes about 3 – 5 mins before someone answers the phone to take your togo order so keep that in mind if you are on a time crunch. Parking is a bit tight, there are other stores in the tiny shopping center with limited parking available. My review is mostly for the location itself, I mean its sooooooooo old. The marketing material, menu board, everything looks like its from the original opening. Maybe with the stadium coming they will do some updates to this location soon.

I wish I could give zero stars. The young woman who finally answered the phone at 10:55 p.m. hung up on me after I explained to her that I had been calling for 15 minutes. My first call started around 10:45 and every time the phone rang I was immediately put on hold withhold music. It was very annoying. Again when she finally picked up the phone at 5 minutes before closing she immediately had an attitude and hung up when I questioned why it took so long to answer the phone. I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again Papa John’s is my new boyfriend.

Every single time they disappoint me. Very slow. Very inconsistent. They cannot handle pressure. Promised me 20 minutes, it’s been 40. Now I’m missing the super bowl. I’ll be writing corporate.

This location is very poorly managed and unorganized. Ordered a pizza to be delivered to the house, which is 0.4 miles away. Waited 95 minutes and called to ask its status. Was told the pizza had been dispatched and was out for delivery. I said if it wasn’t delivered in the next five minutes, that the order would be cancelled. The operator said they had a new driver and he was just given a new map and promised it was going to be delivered within 5 minutes. That second promise was now 35 minutes ago and still no pizza. Called again and was told the same thing again. Said no and cancelled the order. Will not order from here again.

I have the displeasure of living in this Pizza Hut’s delivery area. In the past two months, twice I’ve called and given up after a 10 minute minute hold. Tonight after the 10 minute hold(making it the third time this has happened) I tried calling back, and they proceeded to take my order immediately, when I told them what had happened I was told they were short staffed. That’s really interesting, but it doesn’t explain why calls are regularly left on hold indefinitely! It’s a moot point though because I was then informed of the 2 hour wait time. On a Wednesday night. I informed them that I would be calling Domino’s like the last two times they left my call on hold and forgot about it.

I missed one call asking for the apartment number then proceeding to say the canceled my order. I call back within 5 minutes. Talk to a rude girl about my order. My order comes and its messed up they put bbq sauce all over my pizza instead of just the crust. Offer no discount or anything. will never order from here again

Never order over the phone your pizza will never be right. .i go inside and i give details about how i want my pizza made… my endings result will be accurate or I’m not paying! They always want you to pay upfront and i don’t because if your not satisfied they give you a credit. .bullcrap!!! I have a two bc food was good but service is always horrible. .slow and workers always seem like their lost..

Lucky I gave them Two Stars because I was disappointed with the mistake in my order three years ago and did not return since or write a review because I;ve been very satisfied with the product, service, and delivery of nearby(¼ mile) Papa Johns. Nevertheless, I was going to give them another chance — until I thought of doing a little online research.“Word of mouth” is the best advertisement and, checking Unilocal,I see nothing to encourage me to give them another chance, SO, Two Stars;“Meh, I’ve experienced better.“Is very fair. Aw man, I don’t even know where to start… I don’t know who hires or how the training system over there works, but whatever it is they’re doing, is NOT working. The staff is awfully rude, I don’t know if they’re on drugs or what the deal is but wow, I ended up having to hang up because the girl couldn’t even get my name right as I spelled it at least 4 times. And that’s when they decide to answer the phone, I’ve tried to call countless times and stayed on hold for 5, 10, 15 minutes and nobody ever picks up the phone. As far as food quality goes, I can’t say anything because I haven’t been able to order a pizza yet. That’s how bad their service is.

Pizza Hut gave me a credit due to past experience. Used the credit tonight and once again they screwed up my order. I left without the pizza. Will NEVER go back to this Pizza Hut. Worst service

I decided to update my review because I went to this place again after I was contacted by the region manager. He told me that since I had a bad experience the next time I went the pizza would be free. To make the story short the pizza was better, but for some reason or another it was not free. So I will never go back.
