Rep on the phone quoted me a low price. Guy that came to install charged me twice as much, plus he was already drilling holes in the wall before I had a chance to refuse. System is OK and ADT service is good, but I was promised a bill of goods by PYH that they did not deliver.

There customer service is poor. They sent me a letter in error making me an offer for 19.99 and then refused to honor it. I find them unwilling to be flexible given their mistake.
