Awful place!

I’ve been trying to get a hold of this company to schedule my appointment, but haven’t been able to reach anyone for days. I’ve emailed, I’ve called, I’ve left messages, and now the mailbox is full! Not a single response and not a single time have I ever spoken to a person. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I hadn’t purchased a coupon, I wouldn’t bother. The other reviews don’t have me excited either for their actual services.

Everyone is looking for a great deal nowadays. I too made the mistake of purchasing the halfoffdepot Renewed Image deal. It was a waste of my money.
I arrived with an appointment for 11am, and I sat in the waiting room for an hour. What’s the point of making an appointment if you can’t honor it? After waiting for an hour, I left. The receptionist was unapologetic. She just said, «we are really busy today.» If that was the case, you shouldn’t have overbooked or scheduled your day better.
Waste of my time. I’m glad I didn’t wait around to get my microderm treatment after reading the reviews below.
I learned my lesson. Do my research of the place before buying just because it’s a great deal. In the end, I wasted my money.

buyer, consider yourself forewarned. i’m a big fan of the daily deals sites, and this particular establishment is frequently featured on one of them as having what sounds like great specials… that is if you can actually GET the service you paid for! i scheduled an appointment for a massage and facial after purchasing that as a part of the deal offering. i get to my appointment, and of course it was THEN that they felt it appropriate to tell me ‘oh yea, we have no aesthician (sp?) – we’re trying to hire a new one’. WTH, you guys couldn’t have told me that when I scheduled my appointment? Or if not then, how about the day before my apptmt when you called me to confirm my time for a facial? So I tried to be reasonable and called back several times in the weeks following to followup – they never returned my call to offer a replacement service. Plus the place is kind of dirty – the staff at the front was very polite, but after having talked to the manager, I think their poor service issues are clearly a bi-​product of poor management.
it looks like they’ve peppered some other site with a bunch of raving reviews (i see them when they are featured on that one daily deals site) – but trust me, you don’t want to patronize this place. i am paying it forward so that you can save your time and money.

I purchased a certificate for a hot stone massage and was appalled at the condition of this «spa» and 20 minutes into my «massage» I told the woman to stop as I came for a massage not a back rub. She then told me she is not the massage therapist but the women that does facials! I remind calm but not happy at all that this place thinks they can get away with service like this. There are laws for state certification for massage therapists. My next letter is to the certification board, better business bureau, living social and spa finder… shameful.

Wow. what a dissappointment. had the slenderwrap treatment to tighten some skin. NOT…for $ 150, the treatment let’s someone wrap you with ace bandages soaked in a lukewarm «electrolyte» solution (water)…watch movie for 30minutes or so while walking on tread… l
No impact whatsoever… they give you paper when you leave that says if you want to lose weight, then essentially don’t eat, exercise and be happy.
Waste of $$$…staff was NOT friendly… very rushed experience…
Would not recommend.
