Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is okay they have the stuff that you need but not too much. But the field is alright it’s not the best. Overall I would recommend you to go to this place.

Played laser tag and it was a blast!
Format was great with a battle and then a couple minute break, rinse and repeat until you are exhausted. There’s different missions you can chose — capture the flag, demolition, free for all and a few others. The laser guns were different than the usual cheap-​o laser tag: you have the ability to change the type of gun which was nice! Instead of the clunky vests, you have a little headband piece that makes it a little more realistic and much easier to move around.
Perfect place for a group event (all ages) when you want to burn off some energy.
Ask for Juan to be your ref — he was super knowledgeable and was great at making sure everyone was fair

Couldn’t be happier with this place! I held my sons 10 year old birthday party on a Saturday at 11:30. The party package was $ 199.00 and included all guns, ammo, protective gear, pizza, sodas, tee shirt for the birthday boy, free passes to come back — for 6 kids!
The staff was great! All were very friendly and willing to help out these first timers.
Their online waiver system and invitations were very handy!
I would highly recommend having each child wear long sleeve shirts and long pants. Even a sweatshirt over to help with protection!

Mid-City West, Los Angeles, CA
3 times there and 3 times of dealing with a few over priveleged kids (locals for that arena) not calling shots, having a bad attitude and generally making the day there miserable each time. Staff was great at handling most of the negative interaction, but then again, some of the kids causing problems were kids who work there. Over all the general feel of playing at SAS Black Ops is a negative one. If you want to leave in a bad mood with kids talking trash all the way out the door then this is the place for you. If not, I would head to a different arena. IF YOUR AN ADULT LOOKING FOR A GOOD GAME, DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE

Great Arena. Good theme for military replication. Lots of fun and cheap if you bring your own gear.

I enjoy SAS Black Ops and have played there a few times now. I’ve even bought a good amount of equipment and they really treat their players well. They do a great job of making the teams even and even hop in for games sometimes, which is fun. I like the field, but its too small for the amount of people they have. The only problem I have is how popular they are, in one game we once had 72 people on the field and that was too many. They have too many birthday parties in a day and it causes a huge overflow. But, I am sure they aren’t upset that people love them!

This place is a blast. Great for families or a day with friends but I’m also talking with them about potentially hosting a team building day with my sales team. This facility has it all and the staff/​ownership team are really good people! Looking forward to coming back.

My son has been a member at SAS for a year now and loves the airsoft arena. Paul and his experienced team not only offer great airsoft competitions but they also instill something in the youth. My son has gained more than just a super place to go and enjoy playing airsoft, but he has also grown as a young man and made terrific friends through his experiences at SAS.
I highly recommend SAS!
