I can not say enough great things about everyone that works at Smith Smile Orthodontics. Everyone is so friendly and always in the greatest mood! They know us by name every time we walk in the door. They make my daughter feel like she is the most important patient there (which makes her excited to go every month). The afternoon that she had her braces put on, Dr. Jerry called personally to check on her and make sure was feeling okay. Stephanie and Alex are amazing!!! I would definitely, HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of orthodontic care.

Choosing this office for my daughters was the best decision I could’ve made. The staff is so warm, helpful and friendly! Dr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this Smith Smile to all !

My seven year old daughter, who’s baby teeth were perfectly straight and beautifully spaced, somehow got two front teeth that were as crooked as could be when her adult teeth came in. Our primary dentist referred her to an orthodontic group, that immediately started discussing financing options when I called for an initial consultation. At that point, I wasn’t even sure that we would want treatment so early! Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment with them, and figured I’d give Smith Smile a shot — we live close by and something about the office and the website felt right.
As our appointment approached, my daughter became more and more anxious, even breaking down into tears the morning of. She was terrified of the pain she heard she might have to deal with if she did, in fact, need braces. When I picked her up from school that day, you could tell that she was terrified. However, her fears quickly disappeared once we arrived. The staff was super friendly and the little details put her at ease — their was a sign welcoming her (it had her name) to the office and she got the biggest kick out of it! But, it was the fact that the adults were talking to her and carefully explaining every step they were taking in language that she understood, that really helped. Dr. Jerry was so kind and gentle that within 10 minutes, my daughter was acting as if she was on a play date — completely relaxed, smiling and having a good time. We ended up agreeing that treatment would only be a cosmetic issue at this point, and that we could wait until more of her adult teeth had come in before proceeding. What a difference from the first orthodontist that wanted to talk money right away! The BEST part of our experience with Dr. Jerry was that my once terrified daughter asked the very next day, and for several days afterwards, if she could go back to her «favorite dentist» right away!
