Having worked at subway as a teenager and made customers and myself many delicious sandwiches during that time, I know a good Subway sub when I see one. This morning my wife and I were in the area having our vehicle serviced(@ FastLane – highly recommend) and my wife, who is breastfeeding our 9-month old twins had one of her food panics. She checked the usual places for snacks onboard our swagger wagon, but alas not even a granola bar was to be found.(Note: last time she panicked for food in our vehicle, she scarfed night before Chick-fil-A waffle fries from the recently cleaned floor mat.) We stumbled upon this Subway and she was very excited. The young man who served us had great manners, smiled, made eye contact and the sandwich he made could have been displayed in a subway ad. He reminded me why Subway employees have the title, «Sandwich Artist»… or at least they use to. To the owner/manager of this establishment: Keep this young man. We failed to get his name… juggling twins as you order makes life interesting sometimes. We were served the best Subway sub we’ve ever seen on the morning of September 30th, 2013, if that helps.(Yes, I said morning… my wife was in a food panic, remember?!)
