If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I worked at Subway for 3+ years and I know the menu and the register quite well. I first started working near here about 6 months ago and when I started coming, the people that worked here were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I don’t have long for lunch so this is a quick and somewhat healthy option compared to other fast food joints. About a month or two into my new job, I noticed a change in management/employees at this subway and now I cannot stand coming here. They do not honor certain specials that any other subway would offer. And I know certain subways do things differently but the manager(I guess?) does not honor it simply because she does not want to. I have been in here on and off quite a few times and I have seen and heard numerous complaints about this issue. Not only does the new manager not honor certain specials, she tried to charge me full price for a footlong Cold-cut during the $ 26-inch promotion during December. It is literally the same thing if you order a footlong Cold cut as opposed to ordering two separate 6-inch sandwiches unless you get different bread… that’s like saying you want iced coffee and they charge you more for the ice in the coffee. On top of everything I have never seen the«manager» or the other guy smile or act polite… EVER. The rush you out the door and they are completely rude and disrespectful. The older lady that works here is nice and she smiles and greets customers properly. Also, you’re technically supposed to say welcome to subway when a customer walks in and I have never heard them say that. Not a big issue but if I’m going to be technical.

Person in charge waved her hands at me, told me to get out and never come back! When I presented a subway coupon for two footlongs, she said she can’t honor coupons. In my opinion, why did I receive a subway coupon in my mail? Is subway using bait and switch tactic?
