Wish I could rate the company with zero stars! They got rid of all the customer service support in their local offices. All they have are technicians and a manager. You cannot call them but all calls go to a call center somewhere in a black hole. I know because after 3 weeks of leaving messages with their call center and no return call I finally drove to their local office. It was deserted except for 3 people. They were very pleasant and helpful but explained the company let all the customer service support in all local offices go. They never received any of my many messages left at the call center, I paid a lot of money thinking I was dealing with a quality company but they look like they are going out of business! Heaven help you if you need service or help with your warranty. The communication is awful dealing with call center. Use a reputable locally based company with local folks and local service support. My termite contract was up and because the service is so horrible I cancelled and of course couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I ended up emailing them and it took 15 days for a reply!!! Good riddance!

Do yourself a huge favor, find a local reliable company. No support here to get a live person. Must go through a call center to nowhere. Poor customer service

Terminix lies and they charge for no service rendered. First and foremost their main concern is locking people into a contract so they can make money and their secondary agenda is to take care of their customers which creates a bad business environment for both the customer and the technicians. I do not recommend using services from Terminix.

I set up an appointment and was given a window of 9a-11a for a technician to arrive. I called around 10:45a to verify that someone was in route and was told they had the appointment down as 9a-12p, but called the technician who said he was in route to my home. An hour and a half later… no technician. After calling the 800-number, being bounced around to 3 different operators, 30 minutes later and several no answer calls to the Marietta branch managers and the technician… still nothing. Can you say a complete waste of my time off. Reliability is a must people!
