Overpriced bottles! Waited 10 minutes and the bartender just ignored us as she was too busy talking about how she’s been with her boyfriend for 12 years and is now just getting married because of health insurance. Drove 30 minutes only to be disappointed by terrible service!

Ben was amazing! We went in for a beer tasting deal I had bought for a friend’s birthday. Ben was very knowledgeable on all things beer and great at recommendations based on what he saw you like. The beer list is color coded, which was helpful and there’s a great selection on tap and in bottles. Definitely will go back. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere.

The woman working that night was very knowledgeable about the beers and informed us if many other craft breweries in the area. Between my wife and I we tasted ten of their 40-​something beers on tap. A good variety of both local and not, with something for anyone’s taste.

I love it here. Great atmosphere, you can taste as much as you want before you buy– they aren’t stingy. The people working behind the counter are always friendly and they know a lot about the product.

This place has an amazing selection of craft beers at great prices ! The service was also amazing the employees are very knowledgable and were able to steer me in the right direction of beers I’d like. They should definetly add a tip line for these employees not many places I go too have such well rounded employees who know there stuff and are friendly ! It’s a must go if you’re into different styles of beers!

Awesome place! Great selection and variety! Employees are very kind and knowledgeable of all the beers. Don’t be shy to communicate with the staff because they will help you find a new beer that will most definitely be right up your alley!

Great growler store. Servers know what they are talking about and make great suggestions. Now you can drink in store, yeah! They also have a good bottle selection.

Never been to a growler store where the employees were sooooo knowledgable and helpful. Huge fan of this place, especially since in Georgia you can’t get beer directly from the breweries!

My fiancé lives in the apartments next door so he stopped by with his roommate and then I went and bought my favorite root beer (red hare… it’s not really sold many places) then I went back today and got two more growlers of his favorite craft beers. This place is amazing and the general manager is really great. Can’t wait to bring some of my coworkers to get some growlers.

Weekends usually have some cask special that starts with a tapping on Thursday.
Different in that the bottle shop component is relatively small, this place really is all about what is on tap. And unlike some shops, there really is a great deal of care and thought that goes into the selections. I’ve yet to roll in and not find three or four potential candidates — and usually quite different styles and executions.
Also it is nice to consistently see a mix of quality local craft offerings (and not everything local is good) and national «backbone» brews — stuff that is universally held in high regard. Plus subtle is not a bad word here — not everything is a stunt beer.
Prices are good, about what you’d pay in a restaurant for a pint X times over. And service is great — friendly, welcoming, with samples to help you seal the deal between a couple choices.
Only real issue is at-​times crazy Roswell Rd. traffic. Really hope this joint survives a near-​glut of bottle and growler shops in the ATL.

Solid local beer shop. They have a nice selection of draft beers and seem to be building there bottled selection. They usually have a couple different breweries for each type of beer, so you can be pretty sure they have something that fits your taste. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This a good place to try a new beer. They will give you a shot of any beer on tap. Try a new beer in a smaller format experiment and then go with the 64oz for the known commodity.

My wife and I are into ales, and this is our favorite place to get different kinds. This place has a great selection and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They offer samples so you will know what you are taking home from the tap — and they have a wide variety of bottled brews from around the world.

The Craft Beer Factory is an amazing place to go talk about beer and fill your growlers to your hearts content. With a very courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional staff they will ensure you leave with something you are happy with drinking. I have spoken with Jeremy Morrow the GM a couple of times and he has always gone out of his way to make sure I sample a few brews and that he answers all of my questions (Stainless vs. glass growlers, etc.).
I can’t say enough great things about the Craft Beer Factory so stop by and experience for yourself the excellent customer service and selection they have to offer.

Great selection. The staff, if very nice and obviously knows and appreciates their beer. However, they are way overpriced. You will end up paying bar prices for a growler of beer. I don’t ask that growler stores be dirt cheap, but part of what I’m paying for at a bar is atmosphere. They have the best selection out of local growler stores, but charge $ 3-​$ 4 more per growler.

I stopped by to pick up a growler… good selection, nice daily specials, friendly staff.
If you make good use of the daily specials, prices are competitive.
