Well, I’ve lived here for 2 years and I thought it was time to share my thoughts. I’ve lived in a 1BR, and then switched to a 2BR once my lease expired. The apartment: nice, spacious, moderate amenities. Nothing is brand spanking new, but it’s not outdated from the 70’s either. My gas stove is nice, the fridge is sleek and has an ice maker, the faucets and plumbing don’t give me many problems. The walls aren’t paper thin either. Unless you have really rowdy neighbors, you don’t hear their music or stomping around above you. I’m a pretty basic person, so I don’t need a lot, and this place gives me everything I need. Community wise, they’ll sell you on the pool, small fitness center, and walkable paths in the back– but I don’t use any of them. My friends ITP have better pools so I go there, haha. I feel very safe living here. Haven’t heard of any crimes, and I don’t see shady people lingering around outside at night. Parking is not assigned, and most buildings should have sufficient spaces. I live towards the front, so I lucked out and have more spaces than there are residents. The service: great! Andi was the leasing agent that signed me up, and she remembers me every time I walk in the office. They address work orders within 1 – 2 days. One time I had an emergency(water leaking from upstairs neighbor), and someone was there within 15 minutes to address it. They also really go out of their way to hold monthly community events, like movies or garade sales. It’s a nice touch. The price: very reasonable. My 1BR was $ 800 + water. I got the 2BR on a really good deal because of their daily changing rates. You see, it’s based on a system that takes supply and demand into account. If they have an apartment sitting around, it’ll get cheaper each day. If you have several apartments of the same style, they’ll all start dropping in price. I made my move in spring(before the big summer rush), so the rates were low and I snagged the 2BR for $ 850 + water. If you were to look for one now, it may well be over $ 900 because there aren’t many available. So there you go, nice community that I’ve really enjoyed. The location is great for my work since it’s only a 10 minute commute. There’s a shopping center within 2 mins drive with Kroger, and only another few mins further on Roswell if you want the big Johnson Ferry shopping area.
