Silvia is terrible at customer service. She effectively makes customers feel uneasy and belittled in her aggressive interactions. I watched her make multiple customers feel uncomfortable, including myself, by asking belittling questions, interjecting into conversations and being impatient. Makes me not want to come to this store when she’s working.

This is a fraudulent person using stolen credit cards to purchase items online and ship to this UPS store!

The location is extremely close to where I live so I stopped here instead of going to the post office. I was greeted quickly and the cashier was very helpful. I was in and out in a matter of moments. And when I forgot to mention I needed fragile on the package before I left, I called the store and they immediately wrote fragile on my package and sent it on its way. The next day it got to it’s location safe and sound. I was very satisfied with the service at this UPS store.
