Procedures Not Performed and Billed — Dr Lawrence Steven Weiss MD
I received my bill through my insurance provider and saw that a surgery was charged when none was performed.
Dr Lawrence Steven Weiss, MD looked up my daughters nose with a nasal endoscopy for less than 60 seconds and did not perform surgery. He recommended a procedure and I am GLAD we choose not to use him.
I have since reported this to both my insurance provider and called the offices of Dr Lawrence Steven Weiss.
Dr Lawrence Steven Weiss’ office told me that they are allowed to charge as he looked up her nose and we signed a paper that authorized them to charge above the office visit if anything else was needed, and they were not required to tell us what these things would be and what the charges would be.
I wish I looked online for reviews of Dr Lawrence Steven Weiss MD of Marietta and Woodstock Georgia online before we choose to visit.
