Ashley is amazing! I bought a vintage Omega watch that had never been worked on. Ashley cleaned it up and made it look brand new, helped me pick out the right band and replaced the crystal. I was so amazed, I almost cried when I picked up the watch. I purchased the watch for Christmas for my boyfriend and when I went to pick up the watch I could not believe the transformation. Womble Watch is worth the drive or even worth mailing your watch to them. You will be in he best of hands! Thank you, Ashley for helping me make my gift perfect!

I would never recommend this shop. I have been there a few times over 3 years. The pricing was not as quoted, and the shop clearly used old and used parts in my wife’s watch. The owner lied and was defiant /​terrible customer service. I will never recommend this place of business

Brigitte, and Ashley are the best. I bought a breitling super avenger from Swiss watch expo in buckhead and after 3 weeks of use the crown comes off the watch. After conferring with Swiss watch expo somehow the crown coming off isn’t covered in the one year warranty. Ashley took care of the matter and had my watch fixed in 3 days super service guys… I will refer everyone to womble watch.
And stay away from Swiss watch expo buckhead… Victoria and mike actually told me that I couldn’t call to check on the status of my repair. Terrible service there.

I took my Tissot watch to these guys to replace some parts that the guys at Bowers could not.
I got my watch back with all new parts and within the short timeframe they quoted me. They will definitely see me back as a return customer. Best part… they’re right around the corner! I absolutely love my watch, so for any future needs, I feel completely confident in the team over at Womble.

I have to start by saying I took three watches that only they could repair. Other jewelry told me they were the one place I needed to go.
I guess because they know that they have very limited hours, Monday through Friday during the day and they are closed all Christmas week and many other holidays.
There prices are extremely high, and their customer service is the worst, I dropped my watches off and they could not give me a quote, but said they would call. Ten days later, with no call back, I started emailing them, it took three days to get a response. Their quote was very high, I had them rep, ace the batteries in two watches after the quote it took another week. It took a month to get batteries for watches at the price of 159 dollars.
Again, they did replace a battery that other jewelry stores couldn’t but if you have other options I would suggest going I. Another direction.
