Suburban Propane

Horrible customer service. It took two to three weeks to get them out to refill our tank and many times they would reschedule with no concern as to our need and we would have to call and ask if they came out to be told no and they would be out in a week or ten days.
We canceled their service as they were 1.5 more expensive than other local gas companies and would raise rates quickly after fuel prices increased but took months to reduce their price if at all when fuel prices dropped as we benchmarked them to Dassel on several different points before switching.

Been waiting six weeks for them to pick-​up the old tank and keep getting no commitment for a pick-​update.
