They are fine. That guy with the other review is an idiot, most used game stores have a ‘no cash refunds’ policy, and I’m sure it’s posted, printed on the receipt, or stated by the clerk. They have a good selection, prices are a tad high for the market, but friendly staff!

Has a NO CASH REFUND POLICY, even if you are in the 3 day grace period. Anything exchanged will IN-​STORE credit only.
FYI, there not a rental place, per a LADY I spoke too… Anyhow I think my son got RIPPED OFF!!!
I will never ever do business with GameSTAR again
