Very poor quality of care. doesn’t look you in the eye when speaking to you, doesn’t listen, dirty lab coat behaved very distracted, preoccupied and uninterested. I treat my pets better.
Whole practice feels like a revolving door of patients who are de-​humanized and treated as if they are convicted drug addicts.
I am a 52 yr old disabled person with degenerative osteo arthritis and post surgery pain. I felt so disrespected and devalued as a person. My pain is real and is not going to improve over time.
I do not accept this lack of professionalism and when I said I would not be back they actually called me back and asked for my scripts back.
Unbelievable. This place should be closed it is not a professional medical practice these foreign trained doctors are just trying to exploit people with the new controlled substance laws in IL.
What a sad statement of the Southern IL medical industry.
4÷10÷15 Update This doctor sent me a certified letter saying he could not continue treating me because I «failed to comply with his controlled substance agreement due to drug seeking and belligerent behavior»
Sending me this letter after you were fired doesn’t change the fact you were fired. I already have a doctor who is a professional handling my medical needs and you are being turned into the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation.
