I have been going to Heather for my haircuts since my first years in high school, and I still come back whenever I’m home from college to see her again and get my hair cut. I only ever have the vaguest ideas of what I want to do with my hair, and Heather always manages to fashion them into great haircuts. She’s cut my hair at every length — long hair, bob, pixie — and I’ve always loved it. We always have great conversations also — I highly recommend!

Stay away! Salon would only schedule me for an appointment 3.5 weeks out, and then when I showed up for the appointment no one was there and they were closed. I had desperately needed this appointment and had finally arranged child care for my daughter to make this appointment. They never called me to cancel or reschedule before the appointment. I called and left a message at the time of the appointment and they never bothered to call me back to explain why they didn’t keep the appointment. This is inexcusable customer service. No matter what would have happened to cause this, it’s still a business that needs to be run and it should have been handled accordingly, and it was not. Once they finally called me back, the owner was belligerent and extremely rude. I was told «Honey, it’s just hair.» Apparently that is this «hair salon’s» customer service motto. This is not the way to run a business. So much for the customer is always right. HORRIBLE customer service.
