Pizza Hut

We haven’t been to Pizza Hut for the last 10 or more years because in the Portland, OR. area, there are so many good local pizza restaurants. We just recently moved to Cedar Rapids and this pizza restaurant is close to us. Our teenage daughter was craving pizza and we weren’t familiar with the local pizza joints so we went with Pizza Hut. The first time we ordered carry out because they were having an awesome deal with any pizza for $ 10 which included the large supreme. We ordered one supreme pizza with a 2 liter soda and pizza bread. It was pretty good so the next week we ordered two supreme pizzas. There was something nasty about the sausage that was on these pizzas. I don’t know if the sausage was rancid but I threw the pizza away. One thing I remembered was when I came to pick up the pizza, the employees in the back who were making the pizzas stared at me. It was much longer than a glance to see who was at the counter. I wonder if they knew they pizza was bad and trying to make out who the sucker was. During the night, I had a terrible stomach ache and diahrea the next day. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. To the mangement, if there is something strange about the products you use on the pizza, please don’t use it because it makes people sick. Customers are relying on you to make good quality pizzas. When we lived in Shueyville, we went to Maddy’s Pizza every week and never had any of these problems. Maddy’s wasn’t great pizza but at least the ingredients were quality and it never made me sick. One thing I also noticed about this Pizza Hut was that they were not busy for a Friday night.
