I started seeing Doctor Alex about 9 months ago, after our initial consultation. Being a pilot and also sitting at a desk for the majority of my work week, having a well adjusted and properly functioning spine was paramount to my comfort and performance level at work. I was initially skeptical about needing a lot of care but after 9 months, I can testify that getting frequent treatment has helped me tremendously. One of the results that I was not expecting but am completely thrilled with is that I no longer get chronic migraines. I used to get 2 – 4 per month since my childhood and now i get them about once every few months. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who knows that preventative maintenance makes way more sense than waiting until your broken. I liken it to car mechanics, if someone told you to only change your oil once a year or every 15k miles you would think them crazy. Everyone knows that proper, frequent maintenance extends the life of your car. I believe it is the same with proper spine maintenance. it isn’t necessary to go ALL the time but only as much as necessary to maintain proper health.

My husband and I had been to several different chiropractors but by far Dr. Alex is our favorite. When we first started going I had chronic pain in my back and neck and my gall bladder was not functioning properly. My gall bladder works fine now and I’m amazed at how much better the rest of my body feels. We also have 4 children and my kids love going to see him. We have also noticed that we have been much healthier overall since going to see Dr. Alex regularly.

I was incredibly disappointed that being a new chiropractor this doctor would stoop to following some crazy scheme of committing you to weekly visits for the entire year or selling care packages. This is this is why chiropractors get a bad rap as a being a quack. How can you gauge someone’s house effectively if you don’t give them individual treatment instead of booking everyone to the same weekly visit routine indefinitely it’s a huge joke and I would strongly avoid this doctor. Find somebody who is willing to space out your care instead of keep you adjusted all the time and cause your spine to become to mobile
