Totally impressed with quality of products and services! I purchased a gun safe 18 months ago and mounted it on two filing cabinets to make a desk. Absolutely beautiful as well as functional. When the battery in the keypad had to be replaced, I discovered it had broken loose from the circuit board. I called AMSEC, and Even though it was out of warranty they replaced the whole assembly free of charge as a courtesy!!!

Greg and Jason were extremely helpful. They met me on a Saturday to show me an AMSEC BF6030. They were informative on technical aspects (showing me inner workings of locking mechanism, steel thickness, etc) and also on consulting for moving logistics. At the end, they got approved for the best price around. Highly recommend

Came out to rekey a deadbolt for alot of money… didnt have the right stuff and claimed they had to take the deadbolt back to the shop… but to come back out was gonna cost another 100 bucks??? Wtf. Your incompetence costs me money?
