Went here for bridal updo’s. Not only did 4 of the 7 clients need to be redone by someone outside the salon– the stylist wanted to charge FULL price for them. The few that didn’t get redone were still unhappy with the overall experience. As a stylist– I can safely say their stylists’ communication is poor, unprofessional, and not up to par. Would not recommend for formal event hair unless you have multiple trials, or if you are on a time restraint.

Since I have practically no experience with hair salons in the area, I decided to support the local Studio 811. I am very happy with the end result of my visit! My stylist really listened to me in regard to the amount of time I want to spend on my hair, and products I use/won’t use. The outcome was a great haircut and highlight that is easy for me to manage. Isn’t that what we all want from a stylist? She was so great and even took the time to show me a new way to style my hair that I can actually do myself!
Also, I wasn’t overwhelmed by the price. Each stylist has their own set of prices so it gives you a lot of control as a client. The salon is very clean and large.
