Awful, awful, awful
Haven’t been for awhile, but was in a bind so needed a basic pedicure for myself and just a callus removal for a friend. Only Jenny understands English and the rest go by what she says. The woman did an awful job on my friends callus removal. (How can you mess a basic callus removal up? Well she did). She didn’t even put lotion on the feet after she finished.
Oh, and they love switching off on staff working your mani or pedi (another reason I had stopped coming). Feel like we wasted money and VALUABLE time at this place.
Tony’s Nails… representing Marion in a terrible way. :-/
P. S. Tony wasn’t there… then again if he was it wouldn’t have made a difference because he’s been there before when work of this sort is done.
Also, yes, the staff are sweet… but when dealing with a business, we go for the SERVICE in addition to the quality customer care. Perhaps training employees/family better in the area of «Service a Rendered» would be beneficial for the owner.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had acrylic nails. And Tony did an exceptional job, the quality and time taken was just enough to complete the job to top quality standards. I was more than pleased when I lefted the establishment.
The establishment was very clean and everyone working there was very professional, I felt very comfortable being there as well as very welcomed. I even brought my daughter there with me to have her nails fixed, from a botched job done at Hollywood Star in Westfrankfort, IL and they were able to correct the job with very high standards. Even after my daughter messed up the polish after leaving, we were able to go back in and get it fixed without any issues or concerns. I highlyrecommend this place to everybody looking for a high quality salon, without the high quality prices when still maintaining high quality staff.
