Stayed here after finding the Inn on –line. Super great experience. No signage at the roadside except for the street address number, but this is a good thing; up off the highway, quiet, isolated and gorgeous. The Inn is located on fifteen acres of wooded terrain and the innkeeper, Elaine is in residence. The room was well-appointed, the bed comfortable and everything was well-kept. The breakfast Elaine fixed(after asking our dietary requirements on the phone) was absolutely the top of our weekend — a veggie frittata with spinach, mushrooms and potatoes, berry smoothy, chunky applesauce, homemade bread and hand-formed sausage patties. The gathering room/kitchen/dining area is beautiful with a fantastic view of the surrounding wooded hills. Elaine is gracious and takes excellent care of her guests. We will be making another reservation in the very near future and highly recommend the Inn at Mariposa.
